Welcome to the Warners Bay Baptist Church website. We, the church, are glad you have taken the time to have a look at the web site and would like to invite you along to one of our church services.

We are a Baptist church that has about 70-110 people attend on a Sunday morning. Our congregation has a mixture of young families, middle aged people and older people.

Our services are contemporary in style with a band leading the music portion of our worship service. Within our worship services we also have prayer, Bible readings and someone talking about how the Bible relates to us in our world today. Our services are structured and the people are relaxed and engaged in what is happening.

“Look a righteous king is coming! And honest princes will rule under him. Each one will be like a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a parched land.” Psalms 32:1-2

There is a lot in the news about our political leaders. At both State and Federal levels we will be facing elections this year. Many upgrades of services are promised by both sides of politics. Roads, schools, health. They all need attention and money to make them work well. Yet as we hear about what Clive Palmer will do if elected there is a voice that asks the question about trust. Can we trust their words and promises?

I know one we can trust and that is the righteous one. Jesus came and spoke about the coming of the Kingdom of God. Jesus promised that for all who follow Him they become a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven. It is a great place, a perfect place, that is open to all who choose to put their faith in Christ and his actions on the cross and in his resurrection.

Know that you are a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven.

These steps of trusting God, through faith, will help us to grow as people God has designed us to be, not self-reliant, but increasingly Christ reliant. To grow in your experience and knowledge of Christ, you must come to the point of trusting him in every aspect of life.

Grow in the Lord, by trusting in Him with the details of life.
