FROM THE PASTOR
“Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins our of my sight. Give up your evil ways. Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows.” Isaiah 1:17-18
I love the story in John 4 about how Jesus helped the Samaritan woman, who is marginalised and needy. Jesus not only speaks with her bringing healing and acceptance into her life. The woman also becomes the evangelist to her town pointing people to Jesus as the Messiah, Saviour, and the one that knows all about her life and offered and gave living water to her.
Sharing about faith in Jesus goes hand in hand with the expression of that faith as we choose to help those in need. Often, we can separate sharing faith with others, and doing good works. Yet our faith in Jesus and love for him should spur us on to helping those in need and speaking for those who do not have a voice. Both are linked.
As people we all have emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. We are created with all 3 areas of our lives that need to be cared for. In Jesus’ life on earth, he cared for the spiritual, the emotional and the physical. How can God use you to be his agents in this world, caring for people with their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs?
Have a great week in the Lord,

Welcome to the Warners Bay Baptist Church website. We, the church, are glad you have taken the time to have a look at the web site and would like to invite you along to one of our church services.
We are a Baptist church that has about 70-110 people attend on a Sunday morning. Our congregation has a mixture of young families, middle aged people and older people.
Our services are contemporary in style with a band leading the music portion of our worship service. Within our worship services we also have prayer, Bible readings and someone talking about how the Bible relates to us in our world today. Our services are structured and the people are relaxed and engaged in what is happening.
You can join our 9.30am service via live stream and connect to our evening service via Zoom. You can connect to the evening Zoom service here. Zoom password details will be emailed to the congregation.
